In order to accelerate their development and to consolidate their position of leaders in the field of Open Source in Suisse romande, LynuxTraining and LynuxSolutions are combining their activities under one entity: Linalis.

In addition to our activities of LynuxTraining (training on Linux and Open Source Software) and of LynuxSolutions (support and IT services), Linalis now also provides business and technical consultancy in the field of performance management, reporting, analysis and business intelligence as supported by the Pentaho BI suite.

The creation of Linalis and the new service provisions is as a direct result of the evolution of Open Source Software and the diversification of new applications. We are therefore continuing to develop our resources in all areas that our clients require open source support and services.

In addition, Linalis is happy to announce the launch of a new Linux distribution "SwissOS". The concept of SwissOS is to provide a Linux distribution customised to individual customer and user needs. SwissOS also provides training and support services.

For more information on SwissOS, please do not hesitate to register with our next seminar "SwissOS, the professional desktop" to be held in the morning of Friday November 23.
