Workshop: How to build a website with Drupal

A CMS is an Internet Content Management System. Lots of them exist, and Drupal is one of the most widely used. This workshop goes through the installation and configuration of an Internet / Intranet website with Drupal.

At the completion of this workshop, you will be familiar with Drupal's concepts, know how to install and configure any kind of Drupal website, and you will have created a simple website. You will also have a good overview of Drupal's possibilities, strengths and weaknesses, and you will have the basic knowledge needed for building more complex websites.

It includes a custom theme, nice URLs, multiple users and roles, a blog per user, static pages, a contact form with a CAPTCHA, a menu, a site map, RSS feeds and multiple languages.

The website built by each attendee will stay available for a month after the end of the workshop.
