Support & Maintenance

The Linalis Support Contract offers clients access to our consultancting services, support and maintenance services for both planned and unplanned requirements in a flexible and cost effective approach.
The following types of work are available under the support contract:

  • Project support
  • Project design, building, customisation, implementation and management
  • Intervention for the resolution of application, workstation, server or service failures
  • Maintenance, updates and security patches for applications, workstations and servers
  • Monitoring of log files and security audits
  • Installation of additional applications, workstations, servers and required IT services

The support contract also relates to the following:

  • Administration of hosting services and applications
  • Administration of Windows and Linux systems, networks and applications

The Linalis approach is to provide clients with access to our services with total flexibility, the cost directly relating to the level of support utilised.
