Plone : Using the Plone CMS at Radio Suisse Romande
Radio Suisse Romande was looking for replacing its Content Management System (CMS). After trying several Open-Source CMS, they chose a Zope/Plone based solution.
Challenge:
- Help to set up a performant Open-Source platform for web publication using the Plone CMS
- Administrate the platform's servers park
- Set up an efficient test structure for development
- Advice for the platform's scalability
Role of Linalis:
- Providing training on Zope/Plone
- Providing training for developing addons for Plone
- Setting up a high performance solution on Debian Etch, including proxy and load-balancing
- Security and performance audit of the platform and addons that were developed
- Setting up a test platform, using virtualisation (Xen)
