Deployment of Zimbra at the YMCA
The World Alliance of YMCA is an NGO based in Geneva. Their E-Mail system was neither capable of providing additional required functionality (postfix, IMAP, squirremail), nor was it being supported regularly and as a result the amount of Spam was increasing. They wanted a feature-rich, cost effective replacement.
Challenge:
- Installation of a collaborative groupware e-mail system with a shared calendar
- To have easy to use administration of the system
- To be able to synchronise the contacts with an MS Access database
